What is this store's return and exchange policy?

No Refunds or Exchanges apply because every item it is HANDMADE.

Please make sure to check our size chart before your purchase.

However, if you receive your item(s) and find a visible defect, please contact us and describe the problem(s) and/or defect(s) immediately upon receipt. You will be asked to provide photos of the damages you are claiming to be present in your item. When you provide photos of your damaged item(s) we will discuss and come to a decision as to what actions will be taken. If you are requesting that damages be repaired by us (JSD), the artist, you will be required to send the item back within one week.

Please do not file a claim or dispute through PayPal or your bank without first contacting us. It is our goal to provide you with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and escalating a situation to such extremes without contacting us first will only result in delays of a conflict resolution.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Every custom product is shipped by USPS as soon as the product is done. Please allow 3-5 days from time of order for products to be completed. After it is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number confirmation. 

USA destinations:

  • Priority shipping takes between 2-3 business days,
  • Express shipping takes between 1-2 days.

    All custom JSD items are shipped from Brooklyn, NY and delivery time depends on your location and your post office. 

     

    Can I change or cancel an order once it's been placed?

    Since every product is made to order please email us immediately at info@wearjsd.com if you notice something is wrong with your order. If the production process has not begun, we will be happy to correct any mistakes. 

     

    What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept many forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal. 

     

    Do you restock items that are sold out?

    JSD fabrics are carefully selected from a variety of boutique sources. If the fabric sells out and we are unable to replenish from the supplier, then the print will be discontinued. The style however will continue to be offered in new prints and fabrics regularly. 

     

    Does JSD have a Brand Ambassador program?

    We are always looking for new Brand Ambassadors and the process couldn't be easier! Simply follow the steps below to get started.
